Description Kleen-Rite Transportation is a Dedicated Private Carrier for Kleen-Rite Corporation - Your Reliable Supplier for the Car Wash Industry. Family-Owned and Operated since 1959, we are based out of Columbia, PA with distribution centers in Grand Prairie, TX, Las Vegas, NV and Kansas City, MO. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class A CDL Driver to join our established transportation team. The ideal candidate will either hold, or be able to obtain, a Hazardous Materials (H) or Hazmat + Tanker (X) endorsement. This role offers a rotating schedule with a combination of long-haul trips (4–12 nights over-the-road) to our distribution centers in Missouri, Texas, and Nevada, as well as shorter regional routes (typically 1 night over-the-road). Responsibilities: Safely operate assigned truck to regional and cross-country destinations Communicate and coordinate effectively with dispatch Plan routes, meet delivery schedules, and comply with all traffic laws and regulations (local, state, federal) Secure, arrange, and balance cargo appropriately Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections; report and address defects, mechanical issues, or safety concerns Maintain accurate Electronic Log Device (ELD) records and other required documentation Conduct daily maintenance of truck (refueling, cleaning, routine checks) Load and unload freight using forklifts or pallet jacks as needed Interact professionally with customers at pickup and delivery locations Comply with FMCSA random drug and alcohol testing requirements Qualifications: Clean driving record Current Class A CDL (with current or obtainable Hazmat [H] or [X] endorsement) 2+ years proven experience operating similar equipment preferred Ability to drive long distances and be on the road up to two weeks Medical Certificate and ability to pass a DOT physical exam Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check Strong knowledge of FMCSA safety regulations Comfortable using GPS, ELD, and related technology Sufficient physical fitness, hand-eye coordination, vision, and hearing acuity to perform essential duties
