This position is perfect for drivers looking to kickstart their career in trucking with a supportive company that values growth and development. Enjoy driving regional routes in a 53' Dry Van while earning competitive pay. Key Responsibilities Running lanes all states West of the Mississippi. 100% No Touch dry van freight. Drop N Hook and live load/unloads. Driver will run 4-6 weeks with a trainer OTR if under 6 months experience. Home every 3 weeks Orientation in Las Vegas, NV Drivers must be willing to drive during the day or during the night. Average miles a week is 1800-2000. Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours. Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years. Cannot have been terminated from last job. No DUI's in the last 5 years. Safety to review all criminal history. Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training. 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years maximum. Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen. Must live within 100 miles of Las Vegas $1200 a week average .43-.61 a mile depending on experience $15 stop pay. $20 for loads under 100 miles Training pay $650/week for 4-6 weeks if under 6 months experience .06 per mile monthly safety bonus Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO.
Responsibilities
Drivers will run lanes all states West of the Mississippi, handling 100% no touch dry van freight. They will also be required to drop and hook as well as live load/unloads.
