Regional Class A CDL Truck Driver | Weekly Home Time | No-Touch Freight Hiring Area: Macon, GA 31201 Drivers looking for a regional position with dependable freight and regular home time will find this opportunity offers a practical schedule built around consistency. This Class A CDL Truck Driver position provides weekly home time, modern equipment, and a freight network that helps keep miles steady without requiring drivers to handle freight. Position Highlights • Average weekly earnings of $1,200-$1,300 • Weekly home time with a scheduled reset • Approximately 1,800 miles each week • 100% no-touch dry van freight • Mix of drop-and-hook and live unload freight Freight & Operations This regional account operates on established lanes designed to provide reliable freight throughout the week. Approximately half of all loads are drop-and-hook, allowing drivers to spend more time driving and less time waiting at shipping facilities. Remaining freight consists of live unload appointments, all handled without drivers loading or unloading cargo. Dispatch focuses on keeping freight organized and minimizing downtime so drivers can maintain productive mileage while following a predictable regional schedule. Equipment Drivers are assigned late-model 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth tractors equipped with automatic transmissions and 1,200 to 1,500-watt inverters. Trucks are maintained on a regular schedule to support dependable performance and driver comfort. Safe take-home truck options may be available depending on parking availability, with terminal parking also offered.
