Coastal Welding Supply- a AWG Company, has an immediate opening for a Class A or B CDL Delivery Driver in Taylor, TX. This position requires a Class A/ B CDL with Tanker, HazMat & Air Brakes endorsements. Incentives include: * Safety and quality incentives * Excellent benefit package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Company paid Life Insurance, Short-term & Long-term Disability, 401(k) with Company Match, Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off. * Employer paid CDL license renewal fees including endorsements and medical card Duties: This position has the responsibility of loading, unloading, moving and storage of gas and liquid cylinders and other hard good supplies; making deliveries to customers or other branches and filling out delivery tickets completely and accurately. * Read, understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) * Comply with all DOT+OSHA Regulations * Moves, loads, and unloads empty/full cylinders safely and efficiently * Ensures appropriate preparation and/or completion and accuracy of paperwork including but not limited to shipping papers and delivery tickets * Maintains cleanliness of vehicle * Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: * High School graduate or equivalent * Class A or B CDL Required with Tanker, Hazmat and Airbrakes endorsement or the ability to obtain both endorsements * Clean driving record * Able to read and write English * Able to move compressed gas and liquid cylinders; Lift 50-75 pounds frequently and maneuver 100+ pound cylinders (rolling, using a cart, etc.) * Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, Back Ground Assessment and company administered road test * Ability to communicate with customers.
