We encourage Class A Drivers who have recently graduated from driving school and are eager to kickstart their careers to apply. You will begin your journey by training with an instructor while making deliveries using 53' Dry Van Trailers for over-the-road (OTR) trips. After completing your training, you will have the opportunity to work solo, operating regionally from the Mississippi River to the West. Additionally, we highly seek experienced drivers! Key Responsibilities: Running lanes all states West of the Mississippi. 100% No Touch dry van freight. Drop N Hook and live load/unloads. Bi-weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset. 1 day Orientation in Lathrop, CA, Reno, NV, or Jurupa Valley, CA Drivers must be willing to drive during the day or during the night. Average miles a week is 1800-2000. Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL. Recent graduates from an accredited truck driving school with a minimum of 120 hours of training are welcome to apply. Maintain a clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the past 5 years. Must not have been terminated from a previous job for any reason. No DUI's, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 5 years. Solid 10-year work history with minimal employment gaps outside of school or training (6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years max). Must pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen. $1000-$1100 weekly After training pay is .43-.57 on a sliding pay scale Experienced drivers sliding pay scale .50 - .71 a mile depending on years’ experience Training Pay $680/week for 4-6 weeks if under 6 months experience. Up to .06 per mile monthly safety bonus Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO.

Responsibilities

Drivers will initially train with an instructor making deliveries using 53' Dry Van Trailers for over-the-road trips, running lanes exclusively West of the Mississippi River. Post-training, drivers operate regionally, handling 100% no-touch dry van freight involving drop and hook or live load/unloads.
