Description C&C Boiler Sales & Service, Inc. is seeking a CDL Driver / Shop Support team member to join our growing operation. We specialize in power plants, heating, mechanical contracting, and industrial products including packaged boilers, industrial burners, heat exchangers, and other boiler plant equipment for various applications. C&C Boiler provides new product sales, service, parts, technical support, testing, and training throughout Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. We provide sales, service, parts, technical support, testing, and training across Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Position Summary This position is responsible for transporting equipment and materials to job sites while also supporting daily shop and warehouse operations. The right person will help keep our shop running efficiently, organized, and safe. Key Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to deliver equipment, tools, and materials to job sites Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop and warehouse environment Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials for jobs Pull parts and materials based on direction from the service team Stock and restock inventory as needed Inspect tools and equipment returned from jobs to ensure they are safe and operational Maintain tool and equipment sign-in/sign-out logs Assist with routine maintenance and basic upkeep of company vehicles, including recordkeeping Support building and grounds maintenance to keep facilities presentable Assist the Aftermarket Support / Parts Department as needed Requirements Valid CDL (required) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must be insurable) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems) Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must maintain a professional attitude and provide excellent customer service Additional Requirements Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen Commitment to safety and company standards
Responsibilities
