In addition to joining a talented team and enjoying a 4‑day work week with weekends off, this position offers up to $10,000 in Sign‑On Bonuses, paid as follows: * $2,500 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 90 days) * $2,500 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 6 months) * $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 1 year) The effective rate for this role is between $28 - $35 per hour. We also provide a wide range of competitive benefits including: * Medical, dental and vision insurance * 401(k) employer matching (.50 of every $1 up to 8%) * Pre-Tax and Roth Post-Tax Retirement Plan * 4-Day Workweek (Drivers) * Weekends Off * Employer Paid Life Insurance * Employer-Paid Disability (Short term and long term) * Flexible spending accounts * Paid time off * Tuition reimbursement * Paid Maternity Leave and Paid Parental Leave * Pet Insurance Minimum Qualifications * Minimum one year of verifiable driving experience * 21 years of age * Valid CMV / CDL / Class A license * Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. for extended periods * High School Diploma or equivalency, or a combination of education and experience What You’ll Be Doing * Operate company equipment in a safe and professional manner * Deliver products to licensed retail accounts as invoiced * Check in orders with customers using excellent customer service * Collect and return payments as required * Account for all delivered and returned merchandise * Complete all required delivery and route paperwork * Follow daily truck check-in processes * Report any truck service or safety concerns * Maintain an accurate DOT logbook, if required * Adhere to all DOT regulations * Attend monthly safety meetings and required training * Report any moving violations to management * Perform additional job-related duties as assigned Our Commitment to Safety We are committed to maintaining safe operations on our hometown roadways.
