JOB OVERVIEW

True Roads Construction is seeking an experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our crew. This role will be based out of De Kalb, TX.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with good driving record
• Proven experience operating trucks preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and best practices.

  Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per year

• Safely operate Dump Truck on job site.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Report equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly.
