Description CDL Fleet Operator Baltimore, MD | Full-Time | Hourly | Hiring Range: $23-$27/hour Image Engineering is seeking a CDL Fleet Operator to support our warehouse and live production operations. This role plays a key part in transporting equipment, supporting show deployments, and keeping our fleet safe, compliant, and ready for action. What You’ll Do Drive company vehicles (26’ straight trucks and sprinter vans) for local, regional, and long-distance hauls Transport equipment, rental gear, and regulated materials safely and on schedule Assist with loading, unloading, and securing equipment for live productions Conduct vehicle inspections and support fleet upkeep Support DOT and safety compliance requirements Schedule & Work Environment Full-time, 40+ hours/week depending on workload Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak production periods Requirements What We’re Looking For CDL Class B (or higher) DOT Medical Card Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physical, fast-paced environment Comfort using smartphones and basic computer systems Strong attention to safety, organization, and documentation Hazmat endorsement and production or logistics experience are a plus.
