Job Description KSI Auto Parts is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious CDL Transfer Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering auto parts to warehouse and shipping centers in a timely, efficient, and safe manner. They will also assist in properly sorting, staging pallets, loading and unloading the truck to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of the parts. The touch-freight driver will also sort auto parts at our Orlando location drive non-CDL and CDL trucks, and work additional hours based on traffic, delays, etc. Responsibilities: * Safely operate a Tractor Trailer to transport auto parts to warehouse and shipping centers; monitored via in-cab cameras. * Assist in properly loading/unloading truck. * Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely delivery of goods. * Verify that the load is properly secured and balanced before transportation. * Assist in the loading and unloading of the truck. * Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor. * Communicate effectively with the dispatch team to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise. * Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving. * Maintain a clean and organized truck. * Sit, Stand, walk, and/or lift for long periods of time. * Perform other duties as assigned. * Comply with established company policies and procedures * Perform other duties as assigned as business needs change. Qualifications * Must be at least 21 years old with a valid class A driver's license. * Prior experience driving a Tractor Trailer or similar commercial vehicle. * Possess a valid medical DOT card. * Able to reach, bend, lift, pull and push up to 50lbs * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow delivery schedules and routes. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with the dispatch team. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. * Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed. * Familiarity with auto parts and repair industry is a plus. * Ability to work from 7pm to 5am when needed Benefits: KSI Auto Parts offers a competitive benefits package, including PTO, paid holidays, health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, employer-paid life insurance up to $50,000, and supplemental insurance options.
