Duties Daily run to Baltimore to haul containers Must be flexible Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. Load and unload freight as required, ensuring proper handling of goods. Navigate routes effectively while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation. Communicate with dispatchers regarding delivery status and any issues encountered on the road. Utilize manual transmission when required for specific vehicle types. Ensure timely delivery of goods while providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Must have two years experience. Experience in truck driving with a focus on route driving and freight transportation. Familiarity with operating forklifts is preferred. Ability to handle manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in transportation. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently. Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks associated with loading/unloading freight.
