As a CDL Delivery Driver at North 40, you play a key role in the overall customer experience by working quickly and safely to move merchandise to meet our customers needs. You will be responsible for delivering complete, accurate and on-time deliveries while representing North 40 Outfitters in a highly professional and safe manner that complies with DOT, OSHA and other applicable regulations. This full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Fri 6 am to 4 pm. This shift does not require working weekends or overnights. Qualifications Willingness to share credit, work with others in a team environment, and define success collectively rather than individually Ability to take initiative, embrace change, and learn new things Drive to be dependable, and to perform well against the expectations of the role Ability to work independently or in a group setting Good communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with individuals on a regular basis Must be able to multitask and prioritize Ability to work in a fast paced environment while remaining detailed and focused Ability to become forklift certified, must be 18+ years of age to obtain Must have a class A CDL in good standing, with a safe driving record free of violations Ensure vehicles are in proper working condition by performing required user maintenance checks on a regular basis Maintain communication with North 40 Outfitters during deliveries for any updates of instructions Protect, maintain and prevent theft & shrinkage of all property entrusted to you by the company Protect North 40 Outfitters value by keeping information confidential Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques. Physical ability to lift and carry 0-25 lbs. continuously, 25-45 lbs. frequently, and 45-65 lbs. occasionally, and team lift anything over 65 lbs.
