What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to IBU’s recipes and quality standards
• Set up and maintain an organized and fully stocked station
• Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
• Assist with daily prep and cleaning tasks
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and chefs to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-paced restaurant kitchen, CDP minimum of 3 years experience.
• A true love of cooking and exploring Asian flavours
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
• Team player with good communication skills
• Must be available evenings and weekends
• Food Safety certification is a bonus
• Your own set of knives is a must
