JOB OVERVIEW

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production and preparation, . As a CDP, you will be responsible for creating delightful dishes that reflect our commitment to quality and hospitality while ensuring that all food safety standards are met. This job will see the candidate work across two business within the same location, one being Anji’s serving breakfast & brunch (Thursday to Monday 8am-4pm). With the other being our evening burger kitchen (Friday- Sunday 4pm-10pm)

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.
  • Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with a diverse team effectively.

    Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
    Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Carry out daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation processes.
  • Work with kitchen staff, to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Help the head chef develop and design innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.
  • Help monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
