We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to lead our dessert section. The role involves preparing and plating desserts with precision and consistency, managing mise-en-place and daily pastry production, supervising and training commis, and ensuring hygiene and station cleanliness. The chef will handle inventory, ordering, and cost control, assist in dessert trials and menu development, and ensure the pastry section is service-ready for every shift. Strong communication, reporting, and leadership skills are essential, along with a passion for creativity and quality in desserts.
