Providing day-to-day administrative support across mobilisation, compliance, and reporting activities.
Acting as the first point of contact for Collection Point Operators and Donation Partners, managing enquiries and resolutions within agreed timeframes.
Supporting onboarding and offboarding of operators, including contract preparation and record maintenance.
Managing Salesforce queues, cases, and reporting, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
Assisting the CDS team with data entry, monthly reporting, workflow creation, and other administrative duties.
