In this leadership role, you’ll provide day-to-day operational and practice support to a team of Support Workers, ensuring participants receive high-quality, person-centred services aligned with their individual goals and NDIS plans. You’ll mentor team members, oversee rosters and service quality, and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, and external stakeholders. Working closely with the wider leadership team, you’ll help ensure services run smoothly, meet compliance standards, and reflect Wellways’ commitment to safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement. About You You’re a compassionate and capable leader with experience supporting people living with disability and/or mental health challenges. You bring a calm, solutions-focused approach and can balance people leadership with the practical demands of service delivery. In addition, you will have: Minimum Certificate III in Community Services or a related field, or relevant experience Experience leading or mentoring teams in disability or mental health services Understanding of NDIS business and service models Right to Work in Australia Current Driver’s Licence and ability to travel as required Satisfactory National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate Why us?
