Key Responsibilities Advanced Optimization & Performance: Be the authority for campaign performance. Execute proactive, day-to-day optimization across all major DSPs (Demand Side Platforms) to ensure campaigns meet and exceed client KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and business objectives. Execution & Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex programmatic campaigns, including setup, trafficking, QA, budget pacing, and management of various deal types (PG, PD, Open Auction). Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct deep-dive analysis of campaign data to identify actionable insights and trends. Translate raw performance data into clear, concise, and compelling recommendations for future strategies to improve client outcomes. Operational Excellence: Maintain and enforce best-in-class operational standards, focusing on data accuracy, efficient budget management, troubleshooting delivery issues, and ensuring brand safety compliance. Client Value Communication: Effectively communicate optimization tactics and performance results to internal teams (Planning, Client Services), focusing on how your actions deliver tangible business value for the client. Platform Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on major DSPs and stay current with all platform features, optimization levers, and the evolving ad tech ecosystem to ensure we are always leveraging the most effective tools. Skills and Experience Experience: Proven, hands, on experience (e.g., 3+ years) in digital media buying, advertising operations, or a related performance, focused role. Optimization Track Record: Demonstrated ability to manage and significantly improve performance for large, scale or complex digital campaigns. Analytical Skills: Superior analytical skills, including mastery of Excel/Google Sheets, to process large datasets and derive actionable optimization strategies. Digital Media Passion: A deep passion for driving measurable results in digital advertising and continuous learning in ad technology. Communication: Strong written and spoken communication skills in both Thai and English, with an ability to clearly explain complex optimization strategies. Responsibilities
