Rise Vision is currently searching for a CDW Channel Sales Manager to help CDW bring Rise Vision digital signage to more organizations and expand the usage of current customers.

Responsibilities

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the CDW channel sales process, from training and enablement to ongoing relationship management, billing issue resolutions, and distributor management.
  • Work with CDW and the distributor to generate pipeline and New and Expansion MRR from target industries by educating their sales teams on why digital signage and why Rise Vision.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and predictably forecast the New and Expansion MRR from CDW you’ll generate by month.
  • Travel regularly to meet with CDW teams across the country to provide training, visit CDW offices weekly, participate in networking events, and support them in selling Rise Vision.
  • Maintain a clean and accurate CDW pipeline at all times and log all related activity in the CRM. You correctly associate emails, contacts, deals, and companies.
  • Coach the Rise Vision inside sales team and support them in working with CDW and distribution to generate pipeline and close revenue.
  • Maintain a quarterly plan with detailed actions and marketing development fund allocations to achieve the revenue targets for CDW.
  • Allocate marketing development funds and run lunch and learns, Account Executive mapping calls, networking events, webinars, and campaigns.
  • Become a product expert on Rise Vision, understand our message, and how to position and sell Rise Vision.
  • Talk to customers every week to maintain a deep understanding of our key customer segments, the problems they face, and the value they get from Rise Vision.
  • Make recommendations regarding the revenue strategy, channel partner program tools, incentives, and go-to-market messaging.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • You have 5+ years of experience selling through CDW and distribution.
  • Extensive relationships with OEMs and ISVs that sell through CDW, can act as strategic alliance partner, and that you can partner with on events and access to the CDW office.
  • You have sold high volumes of software or hardware through CDW. You’ve had badge access to CDW Adams.
  • You have high standards for work, get tasks done quickly, love deadlines, appreciate the power of constraint, enjoy committing to a forecast, don’t need to be followed up with, and you’re a continuous learner.
  • You’re disciplined about following defined processes, but also creative to recommend and build new approaches.
  • You’re a glass-half-full person, and you’re practical. You roll up your sleeves and see an imperfect situation, tool, budget, etc… as an opportunity.
  • You’re knowledgeable in HubSpot - this is our CRM, partner management system, customer marketing automation tool, etc…
  • You’re willing to travel monthly.Not a must have, but bonus points for experience working in SaaS, Edtech, or digital signage, and having experience with buying cooperatives, consortiums, contracts.
