The position requires flexibility, as the family is finalizing their schedule and anticipates needing care for 3-4 days per week, totaling 20-30 hours. Hours are generally 8 am - 5 pm. The 3-year-old attends school from 9 am – 11:30 am 3 days/week, and the nanny will provide full-time care for the newborn. Duties include infant care, engaging in age-appropriate activities, outdoor play, meal prep, children’s laundry, and tidying play areas. The nanny will also assist with school pickups and occasional late days with advance notice. The ideal candidate is active, energetic, and fully engaged in childcare without distractions. They are looking for someone warm, patient, and adaptable who fosters a safe and stimulating environment. Their 3-year-old daughter is sweet, gentle, and shy, taking time to warm up but thriving in a loving, playful setting. She enjoys music, books, and outdoor activities.
