Job Description

AECOM is currently seeking an experienced CEI Project Administrator to support various transportation design-build projects throughout the Jacksonville, Florida area.

  • Receiving general instructions regarding assignments and exercising initiative and independent judgment in the solution of work problems related to transportation engineering and construction projects
  • Directing and assigning specific tasks to administrative and field staff and assisting in all phases of the construction project
  • Progress estimates and final estimates throughout the construction project duration
  • Communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing)
  • Receiving general instructions regarding assignments and exercising initiative and independent judgment in the solution of work problems

  • Progress estimates and final estimates throughout the construction project duration
  • Under limited supervision, conducts work requiring independent evaluation, selection, adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures and criteria
  • Works on projects of substantial complexity
  • May assume lead responsibilities for a team of engineers and professional support personnel

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or education
  • Valid US Driver’s License required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices. As a condition of employment, selected candidate must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review
  • Due to the nature of the projects associated with this position a valid US citizenship is required

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • FDOT Advanced MOT
  • CTQP Final Estimates Level II
  • CTQP Quality Control Manager
