Job Description AECOM is currently seeking an experienced CEI Project Administrator to support various transportation design-build projects throughout the Jacksonville, Florida area. Responsibilities: Receive general instructions regarding assignments and exercise initiative and independent judgment in solving work problems related to transportation engineering and construction projects Direct and assign specific tasks to administrative and field staff, assisting in all phases of the construction project Prepare and review progress estimates and final estimates throughout the construction project duration Communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing) with team members, clients, and stakeholders Conduct work requiring independent evaluation, selection, adaptation, and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria Manage projects of substantial complexity, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards Assume lead responsibilities for a team of engineers and professional support personnel when required Coordinate with various departments and external agencies to ensure smooth project execution Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies Participate in project meetings and represent the company in client interactions Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, correspondence, and technical submittals Assist in the preparation of contract documents, change orders, and claims analysis Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department and organization Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on technical and professional development Qualifications Minimum Requirements: BA/BS degree plus 6 years of related experience, or AS Degree plus 8 years of related experience, or HS/GED plus 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency and/or education Valid US Driver’s License required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices.
