BRAND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build omni channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) that drive awareness, leads, and conversion. Conduct competitor analysis, market trend studies, and brand positioning strategies. Oversee lead generation funnels, nurture flows, and automation tools (CRM, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to align campaigns with sales goals, monitor ROI, and ensure lead generation activities translate into actual conversions
Identify, pursue, and close B2B and B2C sales opportunities. Maintain a robust client pipeline and drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic partnerships.
Recruit, train, and inspire sales and marketing professionals who execute like Navy SEALs. Set clear KPIs, monitor team performance, and implement incentives that drive results. Coordinate between sales, digital, content, and product teams for flawless execution.
Build and nurture long-term Agents to drive constant client retention, generate repeat business, and secure monthly revenue.
Use CRM systems and analytics tools to monitor sales performance, generate reports, and track KPIs. Provide weekly/monthly sales forecasts and actionable insights to senior management.
Work alongside marketing to design localised campaigns and territory-specific sales strategies that target high-potential markets.
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and market shifts. Represent the brand at networking events, expos, and relevant trade forums.
Take full ownership of business generation — do what needs to be done to keep the revenue engine running. No excuses, just execution.
