Responsibilities
  • Flexible deployment in other function-related departments within the DC and VAS
  • Following up (monitoring) and carrying out tasks within the set productivity and quality standards (both Cell/Zone and department related) and (monitor) and report deviations from the planning / objectives
  • Promoting and encouraging compliance with the Medtronic Internal Regulations & Code of Conduct, ‘EOC Ops House Rules’, EHSS (Environment, Health, Safety, Security) procedures (e.g. waste separation and cleaning up the workplace in the context of 5S), in order to guarantee optimal working conditions. Example function act as an example for colleagues on at least all of the above points
  • Maintaining the infrastructure in the physical work environment, so that value is added for the customer through flow, pull and clear team interaction
  • Observes and supports in identifying right and wrong situations
  • Testing and training the operator competency level and thus ensuring continuous learning.
