Job Description Perform mammalian cell culture passaging/ splitting, continuous maintenance, & cell counting Use micro pipettes for precise readings in cell-based assays like flow cytometry & plate-based assays (ELISA, Alphalisa) Maintain electronic lab notebooks & GMP complaint record keeping Work on new method development as well as optimize existing methods Successful candidates are adaptable/flexible to dynamic method development settings, to accomodate quick changes in protocols Qualifications Completed Bachelors or Masters degree in scientific concentration, PhD is preferred 3+ years of industry experience Experience required with Mammalian cell culture Flow cytometry PCR, qPCR, d PCR, dd PCR DNA isolation Plate based assays, ELISA, MSD Western blot, SDS silver staining, SDS PAGE, gel electrophoresis Maintain electronic lab notebooks & GMP complaint record keeping Work on new method development as well as optimize existing methods Flexible to dynamic method development settings, to accommodate quick changes in protocols Authorization to work in the United States indeifinitely without restrictions or sponsorship Additional Information Position is full-time, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
