REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years’ experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment.
• A strong safety-first mindset and a commitment to meeting production goals.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.

• Reporting to the Production Manager, this role presents an excellent opportunity for an individual with relevant experience to make a positive impact.
• Assist the Production Manager in collating and recording KPI data.
• Operate and maintain machinery to deliver top-quality products, on time, every time.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of operatives to achieve production targets.
• Collaborate with engineers and management to enhance processes and resolve issues.
• Maintain high health & safety standards, ensuring a safe and tidy workspace.
