Job Description Summary Job Description Primary Responsibilities: 全面负责总装生产制造区域团队的日常工作，实现公司对于团队在合规、EHS、质量、交付、成本和人员发展等全方面工作目标的实现。该岗位需带领装配团队高效执行生产计划，严格执行装配工艺和质量标准，并持续推动精益生产、流程优化以及装配自动化与数字化应用。 1、负责制定团队合理的工作目标和执行计划，与团队沟通业务目标，分解业务目标并落实到日常工作中。 2、定期与计划、工艺、质量等部门进行技术和生产计划的沟通，促进生产的有效性 3、推进团队精益生产和工作现场的5S管理，引领团队进行生产的优化，为生产过程提供卓越的工作方法。 4、领导团队实现以客户为导向的理念，追求先进的技术和工艺，提高产品质量、提升交付效率、降低生产成本。 5、培养并提升员工的工作技能，督促员工遵守EHS、质量、生产黄金规则的执行。 6、关心员工，负责对团队成员的管理、考核与奖惩。对员工的发展提出合理的方案，确保团队成员满足生产需要。 7、完成公司布置的其它工作。 Qualifications Required: 1、中专及以上学历，机械制造业、机电、自动化或相关专业优先。 2、5年以上机械生产、工业企业管理或精益生产线运营管理相关工作经验者优先。 3、具备2年以上管理班组和精益线生产线运营的经验。 4、具有较强的人际关系和综合统筹、协调能力，优秀的团队合作精神。 5、具有较强的责任心，较强的领导能力和执行力。 6、熟练使用常用办公软件（Excel、Word、PPT 等）。 Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: No Addressing the climate crisis is an urgent global priority and we take our responsibility seriously. Responsibilities

This role involves leading the assembly team to efficiently execute production plans, strictly adhere to assembly processes and quality standards, and continuously promote lean manufacturing, process optimization, and the application of assembly automation and digitalization.
