Context:
As a Cell leader you are part of the Operations department. You work within 1 of the Value Streams (in this case it is Assembly). Highly qualified disposables for the medical, pharmaceutical and bioprocessing industries are produced and assembled here. You provide coaching and guidance of the Employee cleanroom so that they can function optimally. You are also responsible for the manual or mechanical production of medical or biotechnological disposables. You must perform the work in accordance with the work instructions. You are responsible for checking the work of the Employee cleanroom and optimizing the process. When deviations occur, you will report this to the Value Stream Leader or Shift Leader.

Responsibilities and main tasks:

• Responsible for and supervising compliance with procedures, instructions and rules related to the organization and the production process.
• Responsible for the correct training, coaching and supervision of employees.
• Being aware of the content of production files.
• Ensure adequate supply and removal of raw materials and products.
• Supervise the correct disposal of waste.
• Taking care and taking note of work transfer.
• Reporting on production progress within their own area of responsibility
• Responsible for line opening and line closing of processes.

Education and experience:

• Preferably a completed MBO education and / or level.
• Good command of English and / or Dutch language, both verbal and written.
• Experience in a production environment (cleanroom) in a similar position is an advantage.
• Managerial experience is an advantage.
