Make a difference with a career at Pratt & Whitney. What You Will Do Manage the operations of the Engine Component Repair Cell and lead a team of up to 30 Technicians. Achieve the operational targets in eTAT, OTD, HPP, productivity, utilization and cost efficiency. Implement Smart Factory initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce cycle time. Oversee manpower planning, resource allocation, and overtime management to optimize performance. Manage and report the production outputs and sales targets. Drive employee engagement through effective communication, coaching, and performance feedback. Support staffing, training, and development to build team capability and succession readiness. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Finance, HR, and Materials teams to meet business objectives. Monitor and report production outputs, sales targets, and operational KPIs. Lead productivity and CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) projects to reduce cost, improve quality and cycle time. Support and participate in the EH&S programs and activities within the company. Participate in audits and inspections as and when required. Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent disciplines. Min 3 years' experience in production, operations or manufacturing in supervisory role. Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve business goals. Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills. Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization. Experience using SAP or equivalent enterprise systems. Process and detail oriented, including strong interpersonal and prioritization skills. Lean manufacturing or repair experience with a continuous improvement mindset. Qualifications We Prefer Relevant experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing or MRO.
