As manufacturing cell leader, you are responsible for managing and developing a team of technicians and operators in a manufacturing cell and ensuring that production goals are met while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Cell Leader will be based at our Barnstaple site. This role does require being onsite 5 days a week.
The salary for this role is up to £40k, depending on experience.
