Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store.
• Oversee inventory management and stock control
• Develop and execute social media strategies to drive foot traffic and engagement
• Manage and grow the store’s online sales presence
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience in retail management (cell phone/electronics industry preferred)
• Bilingual
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience managing inventory systems and processes
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms and online sales techniques
• Proficient with social media platforms for business use (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
