The Manor House Country Hotel is a four star 80 bedroom hotel situated on the banks of Lough Erne in Co. Fermanagh. A family run business for over 30 years, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional experience to the valued customers who choose to make special memories at the hotel.
We are looking for a Manager for our Cellar Door Bistro. The Cellar door offers a gastro-pub menu and the perfect place for a cosy pint. In the warm weather, eating and drinking on our terrace overlooking the lough is the perfect way to spend an evening.
As Cellar Bistro Manager at the Manor House Hotel, you will be able to make an impact, ensuring that we exceed guest expectations while operating within cost. You’ll be a self-motivated individual full of new ideas to take our offering to the next level. You’ll have excellent organisational skills, strong operational experience, and be a highly personable individual focused on customer experience.
