Cellar Door Manager – Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate Walker Bay, Western Cape | Full-Time, Permanent Join one of South Africa's most exceptional wine estates as Cellar Door Manager, where ocean meets vineyard between Hermanus and Cape Town. Benguela Cove features the longest stretch of ocean-facing vineyards (2.7km) at the lowest altitude (3m) in SA. As a WWF Conservation Champion, we produce world-class wines and offer luxury experiences across our cellar door, Moody Lagoon restaurant, and exclusive villas. The Role A senior leadership position combining strategic vision with hands-on execution. Create unforgettable guest experiences whilst maximizing direct-to-consumer revenue across the estate.
