As a Cellar Master, you’ll join a team committed to meticulous craftsmanship—producing small‑lot, globally acclaimed wines, including our multiple 100‑point Little Pawn Chardonnay. What You’ll Do: We're looking for a Cellar Master that's ready to jump in and contribute as a member of a winemaking team dedicated to producing world-class wines. You will play a key role in the execution of all winemaking activities related to the production of our new world Chardonnay and Bordeaux red portfolio. Want to know more? You will… * Communicate with the Winemaker regarding all aspects of production, focusing on the practical as well as abstract aspects of winemaking, and bringing new ideas and viewpoints to focus. * Lead daily cellar operations, including grape intake, pressing, ferment management, wine transfers, temperature control, lab analysis, and bottling. * Assist in training and supervising seasonal crush crew in all duties pertinent to their positions, leading by example while maintaining consistent communication and high safety and sanitation standards. * Maintain accurate production, harvest, and laboratory records and support the development of SOPs and quality control documentation.
