Apple seeks an Engineering Project Manager to help drive the system integration of our groundbreaking cellular baseband modems, meeting performance, quality and schedule requirements for Apple products. You will coordinate cross-functional execution of modem development and communicate program status clearly to partners and stakeholders. In a team forging leading-edge use of data analytics and agentic tooling in project management, you will apply your aptitude for AI and data to help shape how we measure and drive program execution. DESCRIPTION This position owns program management for cellular modem system integration, tracking execution across the development lifecycle and driving cross-functional closure of dependencies, risks, and issues. Bringing strong analytical skills, you will contribute to how the team measures and improves program execution, translating complex project data into clear analysis and status for engineering partners and senior management. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, and up to 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent internship/project experience. Experience coordinating projects or cross-functional work (internship or academic experience acceptable). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-oriented mindset — including turning data into clear charts, dashboards, and reports. Comfort leveraging AI and modern tooling to work smarter and solve problems. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Full English language fluency (verbal and written). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Expertise in AI/ML — such as an advanced degree or specialization — with hands-on experience applying GenAI and agentic tooling to real problems. Programming skills in Python and experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL). Familiarity with cellular communication systems and/or firmware development. Ability to establish and manage sophisticated cross-functional relationships in a dynamic engineering environment.
