We’re looking for high-energy, positive role models who are ready to lead, inspire, and engage in an action-packed summer! QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred) Previous experience working with school-age children (day camp experience a plus!) Experience in sports, arts & crafts, music, skits, outdoor games, or aquatics is a bonus! CPR, First Aid, AED, and Child Abuse Prevention Training (must be completed within 30 days of hire) Ability to lead, participate, and have fun in both indoor & outdoor activities Ability to attend the mandatory summer day camp training. WORK LOCATIONS: Bartlett YMCA Schilling Farms YMCA Olive Branch Family YMCA WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:45am-3:15pmPlease Note: Work hours may vary based on the operational needs of the summer camp site. YOUR IMPACT: Actively participate in and supervise all camper activities to create an engaging and dynamic experience. Prioritize camper safety at all times, both on-site and during outings. Be a positive role model, fostering a fun, inclusive, and structured camp environment. Uphold camp policies and address behavioral issues with professionalism and care. Responsibilities
