This is a physician leadership opportunity within a value-based care organization focused on improving outcomes for senior populations through a physician-led, team-based care model. POSITION OVERVIEW The Center Clinical Director directly supervises and develops Primary Care Providers (PCPs) within an assigned center while maintaining responsibility for clinical outcomes, care quality, and provider performance. This role combines leadership responsibilities with direct patient care, ensuring strong execution of the clinical model and alignment with operational goals. Requirements • MD or DO REQUIRED • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty REQUIRED • Active Missouri Medical License REQUIRED • Active DEA REQUIRED • BLS certification REQUIRED within 90 days of employment • Minimum 1+ year clinical experience REQUIRED (geriatric, adult, or family medicine) • Leadership experience preferred (Lead PCP or similar role) • MUST be comfortable supervising and mentoring physicians • MUST be comfortable managing patient panels and driving outcomes • Experience with value-based care models preferred • Ability to travel locally as needed REQUIRED Not ready to formally apply?
