Description Under supervision of the Executive Director or Center Operations Manager, the Center Coordinator will promote the administrative, financial, and clinical integrity of their center by working responsibly with the Sr BCBA, Scheduler and Technicians. The Center Coordinator facilitates teamwork to verify that clinical and financial KPIs determined by the Executive Director are met. Position Status: Exempt Duties: 1. Demonstrate administrative skills to achieve the agreed-upon KPI targets, track and report KPIs as requested. 2. Team effectively with BCBAs to achieve agreed-up quality of care and services standards. 3. Implement referral development and intake objectives, supported by action steps, as directed by Supervisor. 4. Effect continuous quality improvement by monitoring all performance metrics; especially those pertinent to - the recruitment and retention of BCBAs and Technicians in collaboration with RBT Training Coordinator - orienting, training, monitoring, supervising and supporting (OTMSS) staff members 5. Apply teamwork management skills focused on discovery of creative solutions to change negative variances. 6. Effect timely and efficient enrollment of new clients by collaborating with Intake Coordinator and BCBAs. 7. Conduct Center Leadership Team Meetings at least weekly to review all clinical, training, intake and financial KPIs. 8. Know referral sources by name and face; and interact responsibly in his/her community. 9. Present with an engaging interpersonal relationship-building demeanor and a can-do attitude. 10. Track & trend outcome/service satisfaction data for CQI use and to support rate improvement requests. 11. Diffuse complaints from clients, family members, referral sources, payers and team members. 12. Enforce the Position Control Plan; limit overtime and approve employee time sheets. 12. Access Human Resource assistance when needed. Ensure timely completion of staff evaluations. 13. Maintain inventory of supplies and manage resources according to the budget. 14. Manage facility & vehicle maintenance requirements and submit documentation as scheduled. 15. Submits Incident Reports and communicate with Executive Director, timely. 16. Other duties as assigned.
