CENTRE DIRECTOR – HOVI CARE SINGAPORE

Hovi Care is a Finnish eldercare operator offering a world-class Franchising Concept for Senior Care Business. As part of our efforts to expand the Hovi Care Wellbeing Concept in the ASEAN region, we are seeking a Centre Director to both lead our Singapore operations and drive business growth in ASEAN region.
The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a proven track record in franchising, business development, and a deep passion for delivering high-quality eldercare services. This role demands exceptional leadership skills, a growth mindset, and a commitment to fostering franchisee, staff, and client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Centre Director or equivalent senior leadership role, preferably in franchising and/or eldercare services.
• Strong background in business-to-business sales, with demonstrated success in ASEAN markets.
• Exceptional skills in strategy development, problem-solving, and conceptualising growth opportunities.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Experience Centre multinational teams and fostering collaboration across diverse cultures.
• Deep understanding of corporate finance, project management, and business operations, focusing on profitability and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies as a superuser.
