Center Director’s Key Responsibilities · Provide visionary leadership in daily operation of center, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and enriching environment for children. · Recruit, mentor, and supervise teaching staff; promote professional growth and teamwork. · Ensure compliance with Georgia BFTS licensing regulations and all health and safety standers. · Oversea curriculum implementation that supports the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of each child · Build strong partnership with families through open communication and community engagement. · Manage enrollment, budgeting, scheduling, and overall center administration · Foster a culture of respect, diversity, and continuous improvement. Job Requirements · Early Childhood Education degree, CDA, TCC, Director Credential, or related credential required. · Minimum 2 years’ management experience required; childcare center management preferred but we will consider staff management experience in a different field. · Strong knowledge of Georgia licensing (BFTS) requirements. · Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. · Required to pass comprehensive background check and hold credentials that meets or exceed Georgia state licensing standard for preschool center director.
