Pay: $50,000.00 per year Job Position: Center Manager Role (Experienced RBT's only) Job Description: The Center Manager is a front-line leadership position that combines advanced experience, knowledge, and practice of ABA skill set to help support consistency in learner treatment implementation, support, and train team members, all while ensuring clinic initiatives and operations are successful. Reports to: Operations Manager Operational Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities: Promote a positive, problem-solving, and service oriented environment. Assist administration team with other administrative or clerical duties, as needed. Essential Job Responsibilities and Facility Management: Billable expectations across week to clinic needs: 20 hours for floating-sub support, 5 hours scheduling support (assistance with on-the-day scheduling assisting with Director of Operations), 15 hours week on-site clinic admin support admin Maintain record and stock of all inventory distribution monthly. Assist with management of center-based budgets. Prepare requisition orders for all supplies needed for respective locations approved by the DOO. Regularly complete center audits for functioning materials, furniture, appliances and purchasing replacements for the clinic. Involved in weekly scheduling meetings with Director of Operations Assist with coordination of transportation as needed (e.g drop-off/pick-up times with clients) Engage with third party vendors as needed. Lead processes and engagement with other team members in the caretaking and accountability of maintaining a clean and efficient work environment for clients and staff. Maintain a clean, safe, and secure working environment. Manage opening and closing procedures of the facility in collaboration with Operations Manager and Clinical Director Establish a work culture in the clinic that stimulates staff enthusiasm, collaboration, and rapport between colleagues. Collaborate and coordinate with the leadership team on company team building/appreciation events. Develop clinic-based resources as requested by the Operations Manager and/or Clinical Director. Evaluate effectiveness of work activities and work with the directors to solve any workflow problems. Complete clinic tours for prospective team members and/or clients as needed. Assist Director of Operations with marketing projects and endeavors across the region as needed Technology: Assist with basic troubleshooting for all technology needs and act as a liaison to assist Operations. Support the DOO in NHT with setting up Samsung Galaxy tablets and company applications. Support with on-boarding RBTs including CR training/navigation support, TEAMS accessibility, chain of command with the leadership team, ect. Safety Compliance: Conduct routine safety drills (e.g., fire drills, safe room drills). Assist with responding to and reporting of potential privacy/information security and/or compliance concerns (e.g. function as resource for necessary forms and report contacts). Regulate and maintain clinic-compliance requirements (e.g. safety drills and procedures, clinic facility checklists ,center manager checklist, treatment room checklists, ect). Manage incident reports. Scan and maintain confidentiality forms in Propel Google Drive. Clinical Based Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities: Session Support: A primary responsibility of the Center Manager is to provide fill-in coverage and in-direct support. New Hire Training: A secondary responsibility of the Center Manager is to assist the Clinical Director with new hire workshops, setting up and organizing training materials, assisting with weekly new hire training in the form of shadowing, modeling, feedback, direct training, and completing new hire competencies. Session Shadows: This responsibility is super important as you are trained on all the learners in the center including being up to date on programming changes. You will be responsible to shadow current RBTs on all clients and the center as well as connect with the BCBA team to understand client programming specifics. Clinic Initiatives, Policies/Procedures, and Organization: Following all policies and procedures, professional demeanor/communication skills, appropriate boundaries to help support team members and collaborate with BCBAs/Directors to ensure a positive and constructive work environment. This additionally includes overseeing and providing feedback to team members in supporting clinic initiatives (e.g., end of day task list, floating responsibilities, etc.) and providing appropriate channeling of information to BCBAs/Directors as needed. You are not responsible to provide Human Resources related information/feedback to team members. Center Daily Schedules: Will keep center pods on track, assist with activity creation and set up for each pod. Develop weekly group activities and lesson plans including arts and crafts, gross motor activities, group social skills supports (per guidance Clinical Director) ect Assist in the development and dissemination of client materials as needed Assist in de-escalation of clients as requested by clinical team Initial Trainings and Continuing Education: Responsible for completing and maintaining all required certifications and training once employed including in-services and training as directed by Propel Autism. The ideal candidate will possess: 90% or greater on the RBT Performance Scorecard/Session Integrity Checklist. 95% Attendance and Punctuality Statement of Purpose-Why do you want to be a Center Manager? Must be able to walk, bend, sit, stand, write, read, and input data. Must have manual dexterity to perform specific computer, electronic, and paper documentation. Be able to navigate Central Reach, Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets, Google-drive organization, Canva, ect. Must be physically present at the assigned clinic. Must be able to receive detailed information through oral communication and implement with fidelity by meeting assigned deadlines.
