Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The PACE Center Manager oversees the daily operations of the Blue Ridge Independence at Home (BRIH) PACE center, ensuring a safe, engaging, and efficient environment for participants and staff. This leadership role supports the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) in meeting regulatory standards, delivering high-quality care, and optimizing resources. The Manager will champion quality initiatives, foster teamwork, and enhance participant and caregiver satisfaction.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Oversee daily operations of the PACE center to ensure safety, efficiency, and participant engagement.
  • Lead and support the IDT to achieve compliance, quality standards, and optimal utilization of resources.
  • Manage program budgets and support financial accountability.
  • Direct and support day program activities, transportation, and scheduling.
  • Develop, monitor, and implement quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics.
  • Foster relationships with contracted providers, community partners, and stakeholders.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop staff, ensuring high engagement and performance.
  • Support onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training for employees.
  • Uphold compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies.
  • Maintain high customer service standards for participants, families, and caregivers.
