We are looking for a Manager – Operations and Business Development; an energetic individual with an engaging personality who believes in our philosophy of learning and innovating in a fun environment. You will lead our growing team of coaches and staff at Surrey to provide superior customer service to our students, parents and prospective customers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and respond to requests in a timely fashion.
  • Upbeat, positive, energetic and works Independently.
  • Good listener and strong influencer.
  • Understanding of marketing principles.
  • Proficient in promoting business and using social media.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, web-based applications.
  • Very good listener, attentive to prospective client’s questions.
  • Very effective presentation skills.
  • Educational experience and First Aid training is an asset.
  • Understanding of robotics and programming an asset.
  • Ability to inspire and lead others.
  • Pre-employment background check is required.

Responsibilities
  • Track and respond to all inquiries, via phone, email and social media.
  • Conduct tours and describe our programs to prospective students and parents.
  • Review program offerings, pricing, and enrollment with prospective students and parents.
  • Work with coaches to demonstrate our services to the students.
  • Coordinate flow of enrollment, registration, payments, and students for our programs.
  • Work with school PAC/PTA’s, 3rd party advertising and marketing agencies to strategically target potential students.
  • Organizational duties for the office and classrooms.
  • Create a positive and safe environment where innovation is encouraged.
  • Track student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
    Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

  • Coquitlam, BC V3B 1C5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
