Mathnasium is a math-only learning center committed to helping kids catch up, keep up, and get ahead in math. Our mission is to foster both mathematical excellence and lasting confidence. We use our proven Mathnasium Method™ to make math engaging, accessible, and fun for students from elementary through high school.
We’re seeking a Center Manager for Mathnasium of Westfield to lead daily operations, inspire our team of instructors, and ensure every student receives a high-quality, individualized learning experience.

STUDENT LEARNING EXPERIENCE

• Create personalized learning plans for each student.
• Monitor progress and address learning challenges promptly.
• Implement the Mathnasium curriculum to fit individual learning styles.
• Organize community events, such as Math Nights, to promote engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong math skills and a passion for teaching math to students of all ages.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
• Experience in education, tutoring, or center management preferred.
