You will have the opportunity to develop, inspire, and motivate a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists to achieve their personal best. In this role you will: Set and achieve daily/monthly/annual goals for the center and the associates. Supervise, motivate, inspire, and coach associates in achieving their professional best. Celebrate positive associate performance and identify opportunities for improvements. Manage the guest experience and any issues that arise in a timely solution driven manner. Analyze business trends to schedule staff and manage time off requests accordingly. Interview, hire, and train new associates as needed. Own and be accountable for creating a positive work environment that increases productivity and reduces turnover. Grow and encourage WCP culture within the center. Requirements WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 1 to 3 years of retail management experience, preferably with relevant industry experience. Flexible work schedule, including morning, evening, and weekends. Able to work 40+ hours a work week Demonstrated success in achieving selling and operational excellence by hiring, leading, retaining, motivating, and developing effective Team Members. Highly resourceful, flexible, and able to solve problems promptly. Ability to build and maintain relationships with associates and business landscape knowledge Strong knowledge of the business landscape and ability to translate findings to positively impact Center level business. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Positive, personable, and detail-oriented. Experience coaching, developing, and motivating those around you. Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a team that drives results. Ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms at all levels. Proven ability to create an open and positive work environment. Strong customer service orientation and an obsession with creating the ultimate Team Member and guest experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
