Transportation is provided to patients that need it at no charge. Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient geriatric or family practice setting, REQUIRED Leadership experience, 2+ years leading NPs, PAs and MDs Bilingual: Spanish Speaking preferred Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
Responsibilities
The Center Medical Director will manage a small patient panel of seniors with chronic diseases and oversee a team of primary care providers. The role includes ensuring the delivery of value-based care and participating in leadership training programs.
