The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas. BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. How you will contribute: You will oversee employee performance and scheduling You will lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts You will work with donors to resolve concerns You will analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events You will perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas. You will foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts. For Location: USA - WI - Mount Pleasant - Dura U.S. Hourly Wage Range: $23.36 - $32.12 The estimated hourly wage range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term incentives.
