As a Center Supervisor at European Wax Center, you will hold full responsibility and accountability for all center activities, overseeing day-to-day operations, achieving performance metrics and financial objectives, maintaining exemplary service standards, leading the center team, fostering team development, and enforcing policies and procedures. Requirements WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including morning, evening, and weekends. 1 to 2 years of retail management experience, with direct employee supervision of 5+ people. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Business and financial proficiency. Ability to manage productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved. Positive, personable, and detail oriented. A Sales background is strongly preferred. Experience coaching, developing, and motivating those around you. Knowledge of basic Microsoft programs and email etiquette. Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organization skills. A professional appearance at all times A passion for sales excellence through education Someone outgoing, personable, and professional. KEY RESPONSABILITIES: · Lead the center team in surpassing center and individual associate sales goals and KPIs, implementing strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability. · Manage costs effectively, from labor to product usage, to optimize financial performance and ensure operational efficiency. · Maintain exceptional service standards, promptly addressing guest feedback and nurturing a culture of excellence. · Recruit, onboard, train, and develop in-center associates. · Supervise, motivate, inspire, and coach associates in achieving their professional best. · Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards, fostering a positive and compliant work environment. · Collaborate with the District Manager and corporate leadership to execute initiatives and drive overall business success. PAY: · $23/hour in addition to biweekly commission and monthly bonus. JOB TYPE: Full-time. SCHEDULE / EXPECTED HOURS: 40 hours/week, including one weekend day and changing shifts (AM and PM). Weekend availability. WORK LOCATION: On-site.
