Consolidate and validate the regional Demand and optimize the production supply according to the fixed conditions. Coordinates the production through the communications to the Central Production Control team in Kawasaki. Maximize the global sales opportunities and optimize the global inventory. Product EOL and New product ramp Demand plan coordination. What You Will Do Compile, verify accuracy and sort the regional demand for SU products Compare the regional demand to the historical data, correct any non-aligned demand Confirm the supply against the regional original demand Support the upside demand from the regional SCM team through an offline process Propose the inventory sharing among the regions to optimize the global inventory Analyze Supply and Demand to identify problem and suggest improvements What You Need to Be Successful Business level of English, require minimum 650 score of TOEIC. Act as a mediator/problem solver when differences arise Familiarity with PSI PC skill and proficiency in all MS Office applications—Excel, Word, PowerPoint Professionally conduct sensitive and tough negotiation with the regional SCM team and Central Production control team to reach at the conclusion which must achieve Win-Win result Strong written, verbal and presentation communications skills Better to have Rapid Response experience, or similar Order-Simulation system.
