Responsibilities
  1. Provide professional office administration and secretarial support service by maintaining a diary, record and information
    management, arranging conferences and meetings, booking venues, booking travel, preparation and circulation of meeting
    papers and minute taking.
  2. Provide professional receptionist support as the first point of contact for internal and external communication with the
    District Manager.
  3. Establish and maintain administrative control systems to record and monitor the flow of incoming and outgoing
    correspondence, ensuring that the presentation of all documents is correct, and deadlines are met.
  4. Source goods, obtain quotations and complete purchase orders and requisitions for locally sourced purchases.
  5. Process and code all invoices through the NTG pay system.
  6. Coordinate procurement, process invoices for payment and facilitate repairs and maintenance requests for remote health
    centres and remote staff accommodation.
  7. Prepare and/or collate correspondence required for the District Manager’s signature ensuring the quality of the output is of
    a high standard.
  8. Follow defined service quality standards, work health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being
    undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
